Crisp, clean, and highly aromatic. The citrus terps translate perfectly into the smoke, offering a sharp, bright, and refreshing flavor experience.
Why ZERMES Matters
Citrus-forward phenotypes are notoriously hard to hold onto through cure and burn — the sharpest zest notes are usually the first to fade. ZERMES kept that top-note intensity all the way through, which is what separates a genuine citrus keeper from a phenotype that just smells good in the jar.
